Fast and great service!!!! Both technicians were friendly and very informative... Answered all my questions and suggested preventative measures to keep my systems up and running!!! Great company!!!! Cole and Sergio are the best!!!

I’m not sure where to start! On a Wednesday, July 2nd, my AC quit. The weekend temperatures were planned to be in the mid to upper 90’s, with “feel like” temps around 100F. I called two companies to get on their “emergency wait list”, it could have been 2 to 48 hours for a response. I then called DSM Heating and Cooling. What, someone can be here tonight?! My response to that, I’ll be here! Now, I must preface this with the fact that I read review after review about DSM Heating and Cooling and about Sergio. What a great guy, super knowledgeable, etc etc! Deep down I was hoping Sergio would show up at my door, and there he was! Sergio diagnosed my 34 yo AC unit, he told me he could probably get it working, no guarantees and could be a waste of money. Let’s see, 34 yo unit, it still takes R22 and over the years, I had already replaced the fan/motor 3 times. Sergio gave me a couple prices for a new unit,. Sergio called “the boss” to check if I bought a new unit, they could squeeze me in on Thursday, July 3rd, that’s NEXT DAY! Done deal! Thursday arrives, Mike and Armando show up at a time that should have been the end of their day, just before the holiday weekend! Mike informs me “the boss” will be showing up with the new equipment!. Mike and Armando dug in and started ripping out the old until and working on the A-Coil replacement in the furnace room. Justin arrives with the new equipment, not only did he bring the new equipment, he stayed and helped with the install! Who agrees to do an AC replacement, the day before the holiday, starting at a time when other companies were probably wrapping up for the day?? This Company does!! I can’t say enough good things about this great company! They aren’t your BIG corporately owned company, so they understand great customer service! Shout out to Sergio, Mike, Armando and Justin! I appreciate all you did to squeeze me in and get my dinosaur unit replaced with newer technology! Written from the comfort of cool home!

again dsm htg and cooilng top notch had issues with drain pipe and they took care of the problem at no cost, cant say enough of how they are always there when you need them !!!!!

Sergio was awesome. He came in and replaced the blower in our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. When he left, he even took his mess with him. Also, After he fixed it, our air conditioner, ran quieter than ever before. I would highly recommend Sergio and Des Moines Heating and Cooling to everyone!!

These guys were prompt and quick to help assess my HVAC needs. Although not the answer I wanted to hear, they provided me all the options to address my issues. Would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with HVAC issues.
