I am pleased to comment on the service that was provided to me by Des Moines Heating And Cooling. Two days ago our air conditioner was turned on for the first time since last summer and it was not cooling. I called Des Moines heating and cooling and reached Cassidy, who was extremely helpful and scheduled technician Sergio to come right out the next morning. Sergio was very thorough and even though he did not give me the news I wanted to hear he made a great point to consider all options. After Sergio left, I did some research online as anyone would do and came to the conclusion that I needed a new air conditioning unit and furnace and for the quality and price that Sergio quoted, it was the right decision. Mine was 25 years old and I think I had gotten all that I could out of it. I called Cassidy back and I told her that our decision was to move forward with recommendation that Sergio had recommended. Cassidy promptly scheduled the install for the next day. The next day (This morning) Corey and another technician showed up at 8:30 and went right to work. They were both cheerful and friendly and I could tell right away that they loved their work. They quickly removed all of the old equipment installed the new equipment and were on their way by 2 o’clock in the afternoon. I was absolutely astonished by their work ethic, dedication to detail (including spotless clean up) and conversations they had with me throughout the day. I also opted for a smart thermostat, which It’s going to be incredibly important for me since I have two other homes to control temperatures at while I am not around. Cory took the extra time to wait for me to download the app and showed me how to manage my heating and cooling. Another thing that I really like is that they are a local family owned company and I like to support the local guys as much as I can. So, if you’re looking for the guys that can get it done for you. I recommend Des Moines Heating And Cooling. They are my new First, and only call.
