We are very pleased with the service we received from Des Moines Heating & Cooling in checking, cleaning, and making any needed adjustments during our annual HVAC system service visit. Appointment scheduling was a snap. Sergio kept us informed ahead of time, then arrived promptly for the appointment. He was very kind, considerate, and professional throughout his visit, asking necessary questions, and working hard to get the job done well. We could not ask for a better HVAC service technician! Michael and Sergio came out and installed a central A/C unit. Very friendly and did the work in a timely manner. Took their time to answer all my questions and concers. I called the office later that evening after work and they send Sergio the following morning after I had trouble getting used to the new system and he got everything where it should be and explain things that I probably would never remember. Sergio did a great job. If you have any issues with you HVAC system give DSM heating and cooling a call and they will take care of you. Good people.

Sergio R. texted me to let me know he was on his way and I appreciated him including his picture to show who was coming. He asked what my problem was and was a good listener when I explained about my central air not working well. He double checked everything needed and thoroughly explained what he was doing every step. When he was finished he let me know the outcome and what his thoughts were. He was very very kind, polite, and thorough. I was very pleased with his service.

We are pleased with the service of DM Heating & Cooling. When our old furnace stopped working, they came promptly when contacted. After doing diagnostics, the service tech used a camera to show us a crack and rust in our heat exchanger. We opted to install a new furnace rather than repair the old one. They did the installation the next day. The installation was timely, quick and looks good.
