Awesome service. Had a bunch of questions and helped with all of them. Got what I felt were honest answers I have asked other techs with no real responses or got a basic upsell. Decided to try a company closer to my home. This was my second pick after I had an issue with another hvac company near my home. Actually happy now there was an issue with the other company. Definitely will use again if needed.

I have been a loyal customer of Des Moines Heating and Cooling for years. They installed my water heater, furnace and central air, over the last ten years. They offer prompt reliable service. I have had Sergio here a couple of times recently for service. He is personable and knowledgeable. What I really like is that they are family owned, which is a rarity these days. Sergio from Des Moines Heating & Cooling delivered 5-star service from start to finish. He arrived on time, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and immediately made us feel at ease. He spent time inspecting our HVAC system, clearly explaining what he was doing and answering questions along the way. What stood out most was his zero-pressure approach. He didn’t try to sell us a new system, parts, or even a membership. He simply diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The experience was so positive that I chose to sign up for the annual membership program. Truly a professional and pleasant visit. We’ll be asking for Sergio again.

Was same day service! When your ac goes out on the hottest day so far, they came out and got it fixed right up for me! 2025 edit. I bought a new house and had them come install a whole home humidifier, install new ducts, fix previous ducts. Will continue to use them!
