Josh has helped me out twice now a year ago with no AC working! 100° heat and in 15 mins I was up and running. Then this year no heat during low 30°s I turn on heat only to find after 20 yrs it's time for a new furnace, again for this kind and polite caring young man put me in contact with a program for new furnace! The technician found a second problem with water heater system. Because he did not have what was required to fix the problem, we rescheduled a visit when someone was home. On the rescheduled day, the technician repaired the water heater system.
