Des Moines Heating and Cooling is fantastic to work with. Sent a message Sunday night when our water heater went out and had a response first thing the next morning, diagnostic service call by 9am and a new water installed before 3pm. Everyone we worked with was professional and great to have in our home. Highly recommend!

Des Moines Heating and Cooling has done multiple projects for me now, including heater, air conditioner, water heater, and thermostat. The work went great each time. The crews were very nice and professional, they arrived on time as per schedule and I really appreciate that I get a text when they are in their way that tells me who will be coming. Corey and Mike did a great job with the ac and water heater and Sergio has installed my furnace and a new thermostat. Everything has worked great without any problems. I especially appreciate them taking the time to give me tips and advice on my system. Very happy with their work and will definitely call on them for any heating and cooling needs.

Sergio was very professional, courteous, and helpful to us. Service was quick, thorough, and he explained everything he was doing along the way. We got an excellent price, and did not feel pressured to get the things we purchased. We were even offered a heater for the time being while we waited for installation, which was scheduled for the next day. Overall, a great experience. We didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or that we were being sold to. Highly recommend this company and Sergio in particular.

Michael and Sergio came out and installed a central A/C unit. Very friendly and did the work in a timely manner. Took their time to answer all my questions and concers. I called the office later that evening after work and they send Sergio the following morning after I had trouble getting used to the new system and he got everything where it should be and explain things that I probably would never remember. Sergio did a great job. If you have any issues with you HVAC system give DSM heating and cooling a call and they will take care of you. Good people.

Sergio R. texted me to let me know he was on his way and I appreciated him including his picture to show who was coming. He asked what my problem was and was a good listener when I explained about my central air not working well. He double checked everything needed and thoroughly explained what he was doing every step. When he was finished he let me know the outcome and what his thoughts were. He was very very kind, polite, and thorough. I was very pleased with his service.
