April 30, 2024 O my goodness. I’ve never had such great customer service experience in my life. This young man named Justin came into my home to service all my equipment. He walked me thru everything that needed to be done. I had some issues with my a/c unit switching over from furnace to a/c it was really loud after switching so he showed me how switch a wire in the furnace. I didn’t know there was a high, medium and low setting. It was a real easy process and now my furnace and a/c unit is so quiet now I was so amazed. He cleaned my furnace, cleaned my a/c unit and checked the free-on and made sure I am set for summer. I will never go with anyone else Des Moines heating and cooling is the only place. This place is amazing. I asked him how much do I owe you? And he said not a dime. I’m just here to make my customer happy but if you would like you could get a membership for me to come out twice a year so you will be ready for summer and winter. And make sure all units are clean. If you have any problems in the mean time call me and I will be right out and I will take care of you as soon as possible. Thank you Justin and Des Moines Heating and Cooling. ⭐️One Hundred Stars ⭐️ Most places try to sell you something but I was not pressured into buying anything he just wanted me to be happy.
